The homes are being designed to high standards for energy efficiency with materials and methods of construction. We are looking at utilizing efficient building systems, quality windows, etc. to capture energy efficiency. The goal is to build beautiful high-quality homes that are also energy efficient. We are also looking at building components like SIPs (Structurally Insulated Panels) to further optimize efficiency.
